BOOKING PROCEDURE New customers are requested to read the appropriate web page. Phone the office to request a definite reservation, we will ask for full payment to be sent and we will provide a trip code. Legal names of all passengers must be provided upon booking. Event tickets, if any are distributed during the tour or on the day of the event. Seating at event and on buses is first come, first served based on when full payment is processed.
PAYMENT All pricing is in U.S. Funds. Acceptable payment is by personal check, company check or money order. All payments are requested by mail to the above address. Tours booked within a 3 week window of the tour (i.e. last minute) shall require a money order. Cash is required for last minute bookings within 24 hours of a departure. We have drop-off locations in Greece, Rochester and Honeoye by appt. only. RETAINERS: A retainer, means you are engaging us to perform special requests and services, including quotes on your behalf. $100 Retainers are non-refundable.
ITINERARIES Itineraries are mailed out 7-10 days prior to departure. Please read the itinerary as all key info is presented. Itineraries are subject to change. Specific departure locations and final times are provided on the itinerary. No itineraries are provided for trips to Buffalo and Syracuse. We reserve the right to alter transportation equipment based on customer demand. Buses, minibuses, vans and minivans may utilized on our tours. We reserve the right to alter accommodation arrangements and itineraries.
CANADA Proof of citizenship is a passport or raised letter birth certificate with government issued photo ID. This is the requirement for all travelers to Canada. This is checked prior to departure. 100% compliance is mandatory. EUROPE Proof of citizenship is a US Passport or other nations passport. Additional photo ID required.
CHILDREN Notarized, permission notes required for children, under 18 not traveling with both parents. Medical information for minors is also required.
CONDUCT All travelers recognize appropriate behavior in a family oriented environment. Law violators, disorderly or unruly parties will be turned over to law enforcement officials.
RAINOUTS NASCAR & MLB Policies usually dictate the face value of the ticket only, may possibly be refunded. Bill France and George Steinbrenner may require additional time to issue refunds!
CANCELLATIONS All tours are subject to cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including economic factors. Bodine Unlimited Tours cannot be held responsible for acts of God, war and/or other unforeseen means. Name changes must be presented 3 days prior to departure. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended for travelers who are uncertain if they can follow through with the tour they purchased. No refunds unless a replacement is found. Gift certificates are valid till the expiration date of the certificate.
